This company came through for me once again. About 5 or 6 years ago, I got their Assault Hybrid wetsuit. After a few years, I had some repairs to be made. When they water tested it, it leaked. After some discussion, they suspected it leaked from the beginning and gave me a brand new one at no charge. Since then, I was a loyal customer with O'Neill wetsuit top, new 3/2, hoodie, boots, etc. Now I took in my O'Neill Boost, that I rarely wear, to have the two wrist and ankle seals replaced - which they did for $80. I brought in my 2 year-old Assault because it seemed to be leaking under both armpits. Again, they asked how long I had it. I told them 2 years (which is beyond warranty period - again). No more questions, and they gave me a brand new one. It's great how this company really takes care of their customers.

And on another note about the Boost and Assault, in case anyone is in the market. I like the Assault MUCH better. It's more comfortable around the neck. It's plenty warm, and it's nice not having all that bagginess below the waste. I just keep the Boost around as a loaner now.
