Hyperlite warranty

Does anybody have an idea of what the warranty is on Hyperlite Boards. I have been given conflicting advise, the shop where I purchased the board has stated that a warranty is only valid for a year from purchase, whereas the Hyperlite website states that all boards come with a limited lifetime warranty.

My scenario:
Bought Belmont DNA in May 2002.
Broke ankle in June 2002 and rode very little last year.
Broke board in May 2003 and was given a replacement 2002 DNA Belmont in june,
August 2003 board breaks again....

any ideas....

contact Hyperlite directly, then you'll get a definate answer.

I believe that boards have a limited lifetime warranty and bindings are warranted for 1 year.
