I'm starting to look into ballast options for my next boat setup and don't have a whole lot of experience with what types of bags and pumps work best and are the most cost efficient (ie. not a waste of money or overpriced).

I'll probably get 750's for the rears, as I already have a 440# that can be used in the bow. What are the best options for quality and prices for bags? What are good options for pumps that don't take forever to fill and drain? Do people setup any diy water pumps and lines instead of the off the shelf buying or is this just not any better of an option? These don't apply to a specific boat (as I do not have a boat that will allow large bags). I'm just looking into options ahead of time.
