Mercruiser Impeller ?

Does anybody know if there is a different impeller part number for a 2002 Mercruiser Black Scorpion other than 47-862232A 2? I went to change out my impeller today and the impeller with this part number would not fit on the pulley shaft. Any one else ever have this issue?

That should be the right part number. How does the new one compare with the old side by side? You got any pics?
