Sanyo Xacti Camcorders (Waterproof HD)

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about these camcorders? Honestly I know little about electronics but have seen these and wondered if they are worth the money.

Walmart has these for $369 and you can pick one up on ebay a little cheaper.

What is a good budget camera that would be ok if it got a little wet on the boat or hopefully on a tube filming.

I went with the Flip Ultra HD + waterproof case over the Xacti and I am not dissapointed.

I almost got that one cuz my buddy is really happy with one of the lower level non-HD versions, but there were a lot of bad reviews for the shakiness. However, I think any small camera is going to be shaky. I know that Amber Wing has one that she uses to record stuff for WakeGirls.com, so I'm assuming the following videos were shot with it...
