Couple of questions:

Is there a handle out now that's similar to the old premier handle? It's the one with the neon colors, has a large diameter, and it really squishy.

Second question: Why don't they make the best handle ever made anymore?!!

Accurate Prime is supposed to be the same exact handle.

Thanks, I thought when I searched this awhile back they didn't make it but I guess I was wrong.

I am a little confused though after searching. Here is a Premier for a nice deal:

http://www.the-house.com/wkhacprt157zz-accurate-wakeaboard-handles.html?utm_source=shopzilla&utm_medium=ppc&u tm_campaign=shopcomparefeed

But the handle looks to me made out of a harder material and has a triangular shape (similar to the handle I have now that I don't like).

Yet, this handle (Prime ARS) appears to be exactly the same as the old Premier that I like:

Obviously there is a price difference, or I wouldn't even be asking this.

Anyone know if they are different?

the churro style premier is not made anymore. they started making the triangular premier and then that name switched to prime.

I like the feel of the Accurate Podium Handle from last year as well. It is smooth, but extremely cushy.

Yeah but is the new Prime a hard material of the softer "Churro" style? There appears to be two different types according to the links I posted.

Blabelmooch, I think one is the 07 model and the other is the 08 model.

The Premier/Prime handle from 06-09 is pretty much the same shape (triangle) and material. I have had 3 and it's a great handle until the grip almost immediately starts peeling off.

If I knowned that they would get rid of the Premier handle, I would have bought 10 of does for stock... A perfect handle for me also.

Hopefully they will bring it back in the future!

The old Premier handle is still the best handle I ever had.
Accurate, bring back the old Premier handle!

I loved that handle so much! When I ripped mine I replaced it with the era handle, They start out a little bit stiff but if you leave it in the sun for a few hours it softens right up. Also I think Ruck has some new handle coming out that is REALLY soft and cushy, Don't hold me to that but I'm pretty sure.

I hope this helps a little

This post has been done 20 or so times and Accurate still doesn't get the message.

Also people, the newest handle named 'Premier' and the 'Prime', or whatever, is not the handle we are talking about. Go back to 2001, to be safe, and that is the handle we are talking about.

^i think it is the same all the way up thru '05, they changed it to the triangle style grip in '06 if im not mistaken.

Looks like I'm not alone!

The 09' prime looks to be the soft churro grip but I can't seem to find one with a "T" handle. Can anyone confirm this or find me one wih a t handle? Thanks!

the 09 prime is NOT like the old 5-ridge, soft, thich diameter style premier(not sure what in gods name a churro is), which used to come in a various asst of solid colors (yellow/green/orange/pink), also did NOT have the ARS. the 09 prime just like the 06 thinner diameter, triangle gripped ARS premier or 07/08 prime. I have seem it in person and it is just the same as the recent ones with a different color.

Cool thanks. Sounds like you can't get the old classic anymore.

Another handle I liked (but not as much as the old Premier) is the LF Team. Maybe I'll search around for a bargain on that handle.
