For spins do the "lead hand" and "rear hand" remain constant throughout the spin based on which was lead and rear at the beginning of the trick? Or do they change depending on what point in the spin you're at?

For example, I ride regular. If I do a toeside 180 and grab the front edge with my left hand after the spin is complete, is that still considered a "mute" grab instead of an "indy" grab? Or is it an indy because the grab happened after the spin was complete?

That would be a mute. It is based on where everything was when you were leaving the wake.
