My GF bought me the LF Shane's last week when they popped up on BoardersBestBuy (it was supposed to be a suprise, but she just can't keep a secret, lol.)

Anyway, they showed up yesterday and they sent me Watson's instead of the Shane's.

From reading online it seems like the main difference is the stiffness, has anyone ridden both? Is it a noticeable difference?

I've ridden the OT Shanes before and I absolutely loved them, and I've been wanting to go CT anyway, so they seemed like the best bet.

I haven't heard back from BBB yet, so hopefully they'll have a pair of Shanes to swap out, but if they don't I'm wondering if I should just keep the Watsons?

Input on both bindings would be appreciated.

well the watsons are quite a bit stiffer than the shanes. if you like to hit sliders, poke your tricks out, and just enjoy a more flexible binding, then get them to send you some shanes. if you really dont care that much the watson is a great supportive binding that will allow for everything about just not as much flex, with a noticeable difference

Hey Ian - you can return those since we messed up. Sorry, we use cheap labor and they can't read. Me! The Watsons are good though and we don't find that much of a differance between them.
