Best Winter Shred Sets

The season is coming to a close and it makes me sad. I'm looking for information on where I might fly to take some winter sets. I've been to the boarding school and know that is a solid option. Anything else out there? Any exceptional values for boat/water conditions/warmer temps?

I've been doing some digging. Looks like OWC has a deal where for $120 you get a 30 min set behind the G23 and an all day cable pass. I'm digging it.

Looks like Texas closes down for the most part after Thanksgiving.

Anyone here rode boat at OWC before? Do they ballast it down?

TX: rode with a 1.5mm top last weekend, almost too warm. supposed to be 90° on sunday. Power plant lake south of Longview stays 65-70° even in Jan/Feb.
Doesn't compete with summerish conditions in FL, just some info.

May I kindly suggest Costa Rica? Bit of riding, bit of surfing, bit of some other good things of life...
