Have you tryed the New style prop puller that threads on to the prop shaft and you hit it with a hammer and the "Shock" from you hitting the puller with a hammer makes the prop come off. It might be called a "resonance puller"

No only tried the normal one that hooks behind the prop then tighten the bolt onto the shaft

Take a 4.5 inch angle grinder with a cutting disc and cut a line in the propeller. Do not cut all the way through the propeller and knick the shaft. Just cut about 85% of the way through the propeller. Then tap it with a hammer until it comes apart. This will do the trick. It's a lot easier than removing the shaft and still having the propeller stuck to it which was what the dealer told me would have to happen. Just have a little faith and trust in yourself and get the thing off of there. You can do it.

If you knick the shaft you probably should replace it. The dealer told me that nautiques I believe had a problem a few years ago with shafts exploding. I mean it's up to you It's all risk/reward. It's not hard to cut that propeller off it you cut a little bit then tap it with hammer. Just keep repeating the process until you see a crack start to form. Also as it thins you will see the color start to change. When it starts looking purple proceed with caution because your getting close.

Try hitting the end of the prop shaft with a rubber mallet. The vibration should pop it free just like using a harmonic prop puller. If that doesn't work, more time with a heat gun. I had one stuck on and I had to put the heat gun on it for like 20 minutes . Then after it sitting for a few minutes with no heat, it popped off

Did you hit the end of the c-clamp puller while its torqued? IIRC, thats in the ACME directions. You cant just wrench it off with the c-clamp puller.

Tapping? It's not a tickling competition, you need to whack it pretty good. Right on the end, the bit you turn to tighten the clamp. Whack. Tighten a bit. Whack. Rinse and repeat until the prop pops off or your beer gets warm. Make sure you leave the nut on the end of the shaft a bit, the prop flying off and hitting you in the snoz will make your eyes water quite a bit.

I had a SN2001 who's prop hadn't been off since the dawn of time, tapping wasn't going to cut it. Tighten and whack got the job done.

This is a possibility since you are hammering against the bearings in the transmission.

Tension the puller and then "tickle" the prop with a rubber mallet. It should make a nice humming, gong sound. Don't have to hit very hard, just enough to keep it resonating. Every so often, tighten the puller a bit. It will pop off sooner later. Last one took about 10 minutes.

If it's a nibral prop, you won't have to cut all the way through risking your shaft. the "metal" is really soft and shouldn't take much to get it off once you've cut through most of it. I'd take a flathead or a chisel and start working the cut you made it. might help to make some relief cuts opposite of the cut in the hub to help it fold in those areas.
try any penetrating oil?

Seems like cutting it would be after a week of different techniques and tricks . I think you will get it the old fashioned way with some patience and finagling .

Dang, I wish I had seen this... let WD-40 soak down the shaft overnight. At leased it was a 3 blade and not worth $600+.

I'm sure it felt good when it came off. Took me 3 hours to get the one off my boat last year. Used a c clamp and tightened and rotated it for a couple hours while hammering away. Finally took some heat to it. Still took about 5 minutes with the torch but man that pop sound was satisfying.
