Finally settling in to my new house in discovery bay and grabbing boat and bringing it up tomorrow, finally! So my question is,I have a oniell psycho 3 4/3 wetsuit and some 2/3 socks,is that gonna be warm enough for winter sets?

I'm using the same gear, and I ride comfortably in the Delta all year long. Even the January and February days where the water and air are both in the low 40s are doable for sure.

Top down for sure so the ladies can check your hard nips on the boat.

When it's in the 40s we usually just do one set. In the 50s I'll leave my wetsuit on the whole time, but I take off my neoprene socks and dry my feet off. I have the Psycho chest zip, so I usually just unzip and flip it over my head but not roll my suit down, unless it was like last weekend and the air is warm.

My 7-year-old son and I both went out last month on the delta with O'Neil Psycho 4/3 wetsuits and no neoprene socks. I think the air was low 70s that day. All good, my face got a little cold as the sun was starting to set, but my kid wasn't bothered at all, and he rode 2 long sets. Obviously the air temperature and wind on any given day have a huge impact when the water is cold.

Red, there is a solid group of wakeskaters I ride with in the delta or up in Sac. And then I ride with a bunch of different people for wakesurfing like the Wolters, Christmans, and Vanessa Vincent.

My boat is stored at Orwood. We ride all year round. I have a Psyco 4/3 it is perfect for the D's winters. We should hook up some time and ride.

Red I only get out there on weekend. But yes we will hook up. If you are going to the Sacramento Boat Show come by the MB booth and look or ask for me. I am helping out there.
