I have a stock scc 206d pump that needed a new impeller so I replaced it and it doesn't have enough power to drain( my bag is full cus impeller took a ****) I did extend my lines a 1.5'. And it does work because i tested in a bucket and it did have mild flow. Anyone have any advice or do I need to buy a new one and what's the best for my money?

You are filling and draining from the bottom of the bag right? I am guessing that the power is not your issue. Those SCC pumps do not have a lot of flow but it should have no problem priming and draining a ballast bag. Pop that fitting off and load up the bilge if you are in a pinch.

If you are going to replace it go with the Johnson Ultra Ballast Pump. It will be twice as fast.
