You gotta thank who ever got the Russians to start using Dash Cams. I have seen more crazy Stuff from Mother Russia then from Oakland Ca. and that's saying a lot.

Check out this truck carrying what looks to be compressed gas tanks. He must have like 50+ tanks in the back of his truck. None of them look like they are secured "and for that we thank you"

I've heard of people using sticks of dynamite, but I guess when you're in Russia...
