Damn, I have never seen a Platty Absolute break all the way through like that, usually they just crack, not break all the way through.

haha, yea for sure. Already called CWB and it seems like they are taking in care of it.

I was actually so confident in CWB that when I broke the board I was totally stoked. A broken board means I can rip, right?

Does it make you more burly to break foam core boards? I must admit after years of riding I never thought I'd break one, it was like I'd finally arrived at the big leagues. Then I realized my weekend was shot and that sucked.

weird, i've never broken an lf board. none of my friends have either. (not to say that they don't break) i've seen more broken boards from other companies, which shall remain nameless, than lf.

It seems that CWB boards are always reported on the site for broken boards. Mainly the Platty ones. I have never broken a board or even seen one break, but I am not hard core nor are my friends. I am an old fart (37), that is like in the 50's in wakeboard years. LOL

I broke a foam core marius in half a little over two years ago. Weird because I have not broken one since but i am kinda riding scared these days with my new ACL.

This is actually my 3rd board that I've broke but I've never broke one clean in half. The others were not CWB, but they weren't the big name manufacturers either. So far CWB seems to be taking care of it, and I have full confidence that they will handle the warranty professionally. Thats why I ride CWB, and I'll continue to ride CWB
