We have a 2008 Wakesetter 247 with the stock stereo system (2 rear speakers, 2 in front of windshield, stereo head on starboard side of walk through). Is it possible to add 2 tower speakers to this system without an additional amp? Also for a controller, can I just install an aftermarket A/B channel splitter? Or would it be easer to put all inside speakers into the FRONT slots and tower speakers into the REAR slots and use the stock head to fade the sound either way?

Thanks for the input. Feel free to suggest certain brands as well (trying to keep it relatively simple but also don't want crappy speakers).

You will need 2 additional amplifier chnls for the tower speakers.

Yes, fade can be used to adjust the volume between the tower speakers and in-boat speakers, but you want all speakers on an external amp.
