Suckgate setup for Epic 23V

Anyone have a dialled in surf wave with a suckgate on an Epic? Thinking of getting one but want to know if they’re worth it.

We built one before you could buy one. It definitely made the wave better. It's a night and day difference. If it's just a couple people riding. We fill everything and fill another 750# sac for the surf side locker. We ride at 10.7 mph. The extra bag helps it lean a little, but not so much that it takes away from the effect of the plate.

I don't think it really matters which one you get. From what everyone says, they all pretty much have the same effect.

I got a new phone and all my pic's didn't transfer. I know I posted a pic of mine a while back. Since our swim decks are bolted on, I added a reciever hitch and made a plate that slides in like a hitch. Works great!
