I had a chance to watch most of this last week while I was limping from my first day of riding the cable.

I have to say that if you have ever been to a wakeboarding camp, you will really appreciate the way Shaun explains things in this set of 3 DVD's. And if you haven't been to camp, this will be the cheapest camp experience you'll ever get.

At first, it caught me off guard because it's not the typically, step 1, step 2 stuff you find on many instructionals. It's laid out (the Super Advanced DVD anyway) like Shaun is talking to you as if you were at his camp.

Instead of just explaining step by step, he really picks out many of the common hang-ups that people have on certain tricks, and focuses on those issues, in addition to explaining the trick as a whole.

I'm sure the expert's will chime in but my 2 cents is it will really help your riding and I'm glad he took 6 or 7 years to redo it right!! His humor and professionalism really shine in this video.

Now if someone will tell me what a malt o meal is, I can go to sleep!

A 'malt-o-meal' is when you go up and swindle a boat deal from someone behind their back, and hit the ground runnin' out of town... This move is usually reserved for expert dirt-bags with no conscience...

When I was at the camp Shaun was talking about how he was bringing the malt-o-meal back. Glad he followed through, haha. I even had the chance to correct him when he slipped up and called it a roll to revert...

Joe, that's funny!!

Andrew, you still whining about that 04 Malibu? I can understand. I did love that boat and you seriously missed out!! Too bad you didn't hold your end of the bargain. Let me refresh your stoner memory...I pay 20k down; you get lights, speakers, and racks. Hmmm...I'm still waiting for your part to come through... but sure, you can take the boat out whenever you want....

Is the part still in there about boat driving and Travis speaking, saying "Bocce. Quite on the set."

That part made me giggle.
