I have an 07 Enzo SV230 with the Mercruiser Black Scorpion motor. The volt and temp gauges do not register at all. I checked the wiring harness and pinned plug into the gauge and everything looks tight. All fuses are good. Could this be an issue with sensor units from the motor? Is there a relay controlling these? Seems unusual to have 2 guages in separate clusters go out at the same time. Not sure where to start on this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

check the grounds behind the dash. those two gauges are completely unrelated, other than MAYBE sharing a common ground.

oh you're saying the gauge have pinned plugs behind them? pull the plug and check for corrosion. if you can, find a wiring diagram and test ground continuity.
