Tightening Cipa Mirror?

I've got the big Cipa comp mirror and it always is jiggling around no matter how tight I get the bolts. I'm over adjusting my mirror every 30 seconds, any tricks or tips that anyone has?

What kind of mounting bracket do you have? I had a problem with my first bracket (it was always loose no matter how tight the screws were) and had to get a different bracket that fit the windshield better.

rough up the inside of the clamp with like 60 grit sandpaper in the direction of the tube and it should stop. I've heard of this a few times, especially on tower brackets that are smooth vs the CIPA windshield bracket that is pretty rough.
