I have an older V210, and unfortunately the timber underneath the sundeck has finally cracked to bits.

Just wanting to know how hard this is to replace. I was thinking of getting ply then coating it with resin and directly putting the existing and vinyl and foam back on.

Anyone completed before and have some tips?

You might consider making an aluminum 2” frame and have a 1/4” thick plate aluminum installed over it with sea deck or gatorstep. Hopefully going to tackle this myself this winter. Check out what this guy did. https://teamtalk.mastercraft.com//sh...d.php?t=101416
