slingshot evershred base?

hi,
I rode a friends Windsor the other day and I felt that the base would either stick a ton on semi dry rails or slide too fast on wet rails. from my experience riding liquid force I feel that LF has more of a consistent slide... is this something that you get used to with slingshot? I really like how slingshot rides otherwise and I feel they are more durable than LF. thanks

I am currently working on a rub on wax formula for such issues.
