I posted this over on the moomba forum but figured I'd ask over here too.

Whats the biggest bag I can put in a 08LSV rear locker? I saw the w8ke.com deal changed up this morning and even went and price shopped it. It seems pretty damn good, but dont wanna buy the wrong bag size. Any feedback on size and prices would be appreciated

it all depends on the physical size of the bag. I can put a fly high 750 in my '07 and it takes up the space end to end. There's probably about 8-10"s still available vertically. As far as the brand on sale i have no clue.

I saw their email as well. Buy the biggest size in the locker bag (we have 750's). At worst you wouldn't be able to fill it all the way up, but IMO it costs more in the end to buy a smaller bag, and then having to replace it or buying another one to augment it. We used to put a 750 in the rear lockers of an 06 X-1 which, I believe, is a bit smaller than a LSV.

1100lb sac will fit but it is advised you brace the divider wall between the engine and locker.

750 will for sure fit and as AJ says you can probably get more in there and just not fill it all the way. Not sure of the dimensions for Straightline, but I know others that had the 750 Fly Highs in there.

I have the 1100's in my LSV and they take up every inch of the locker. They work great.

The SL 800 will fit just fine. If its a little bigger than the locker, thats ok. It will mold to your locker.

agreed the bigger the sack the better but make sure to reinforce the divider panel as AJ stated. It does not take much I used 1/2" x 1/2" aluminum channel and through bolted it with the open side facing the panel this way it formed a box and is super strong and since I used aluminum it did not add much weight to the panels so they are still easy to remove.I also made sure to use round head machine screws so there were no sharp edges to come in contact with the sack.

Thanks everyone for the information. I went ahead and ordered the 800lb as suggested. At 75.00 bucks, it was to cheap to pass up. It'll give me something to do this winter...
