Differences and things to look for on a 2006-2010 used X45?

Looking to pickup a new to me used X45 circa 2006-2010. Anything to specifically look for, be afraid of, or check for maintnence on? Trying to stay around $45k.

I looked at a new one in 2008 it was over 100k are the really only worth 45k now???

No, most are more. I have a few I'm going to look at this weekend. I'm mechanically inclined but surely there are other things I need to look for specifically. Help me out here fellas!
