Wakeworld Jerseys

I've noticed riding jerseys becoming more popular outside of contest riding. I know I have a couple that I'll wear over my vest. Some people may think it's dumb but whatever (oh and yes I do wear shorts over my wetsuit too! haha). Anyways, I think it may be cool if Wakeworld jerseys were offered. You could buy it then put your screen name on the back. You may meet people you otherwise wouldn't at events and such. Just a thought, any ideas or thoughts?

Of course if this was to actually happen it would have to be approved by Mr. Wakeworld himself.

Id buy a WW jersey in a heartbeat, not gonna wear while riding over my vest or whatever but a WW jersey would be a great idea.

Matter of fact, WW gear altogether needs to be improved, upgraded, and offered IMO.

i was thinking of getting some custom jerseys made for this summer, but a wakeworld jersey would be sick.

Heres a pic from a DRA event last summer. Tony & Chris are wearing CIE jerseys, I was thinking a similiar style with the WW logo on them though.

I'd rock one....I too wear a jersey over my vest (a throwback Warriors jersey usually) but I think its a great idea

i think that would be an awsome thing to have available to the W.W. community. i think that david is right on with the idea of having is with your screne name on the back. i would buy one.

the CIE jerseys are really nice. the material and design of the logos are awsome. my opinion is though that they need to have a narrower sholder. right now they look a little more like the sleevless shirt style than a jersey.

Agree with Jason above on the narrower shoulder (more of a jersey). I love jersey's, especially in the summer on the water. I'd buy a few. Screen name on the back would be sic too for meeting peeps you already know......sort of

yeah, narrower shoulders... make them look like legit NBA basketball jerseys, embroidered, ww on front, screne name on back, and a number from 0-99 representing how awesome at life you are... 0 being the awesomest, of course.

i think some pin stripes added on there and instead of of a blue blackground around the wakeworld, leave it whate and have the globe and txt blue instead.

Oooh and then we can do a photo contest called "Where Wakeworld is Worn", and we can take pictures from all around the world either wakeboarding or visiting somewhere awesome in our WW jersey. $100 to the guy or gal that gets married in it!

Edit: Also, white is probably a bad idea, some folks lakes are pretty funky brown.

I'm in too, although I personally like the 'wider' shoulder like the CIE jerseys. Us skinny guys simply look skinnier with too much skin showing

What do you usually pay retail for something like this? And what are you guys willing to pay?

Isn't your run of the mill NBA jersey like $80? I'm sure it will cost less to create so maybe $40-50

A good quality jersey like the ones pictured above I've seen go for probably $40-$45 or so. Add probably another $5-$10 for customization such as screen name & number.
Thats not embroidered like some were mentioning. If you start looking at embroidered I can see the cost doubling. Authentic style (embroidered) jerseys are very expensive usually.
