Last year I finally upgraded my 10 year old bindings to some LF Elements. After my first couple of rides this year, I am really not happy with them. My foot slides forwards on landings. I have very narrow heels and need a binding that will hold my heel in place. Any suggestions?
I'm thinking of demo-ing the LF Minx and CWB Torq. Any comments on those two would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Clarissa,

I have the 2005 LF Minx and I love them. Last year was my first season and I started riding on my bf's LF Trip 138 with Men's Large Element Bindings. Of course after two or three runs I realized I needed my own gear. I did a lot of research, asking girls on the site, as well as people at the shops and they all recommended the Minx (although I heard the 2004's are not as good). I have been very happy with them since. They hold my feet secure which really helps with control and edging. I haven't tried the CWB Torq so can't give you any feedback on them...
Hope this helps!!
