Love the black and white church shot. Kind of looks like it belongs in a horror film of some sort Looks like some pretty cool buildings to shoot, where's it at?

So the story behind these photos starts with an unrelated story that a friend once told me. My friend Blair had just finished fixing up an old motorcycle and was about to take it for his first spin. He decided that he needed some gas before he rode so he went to fill it up at a nearby gas station. As he was walking in to pay a man approached him and told him that he liked his bike. He said thanks and the man then asked if he would like to sell it. Being that he just fixed up this baby he had no intentions of selling and proceeded to tell the man so. The man asked him again, "do you want to sell this bike." He again said no and tried to walk in the store. Again the man asked, "do you want to sell your bike?" Blair responded once again no. Finally the man asked on last time "Are you SURE you don't want to sell me this bike?" "No, I am not going to sell you my bike" he responded and walked in to pay for his gas. He was rather puzzled by the mans attempts to buy his bike and as he walked out the door it was soon apparent why the man was so insistent on buying the bike. If Blair wasn't going to sell him the bike he was going to take it. And alas, he did. I remembered hearing this story but had kind of forgotten it until tonight. I was driving home late at night from a double shift of shoots and came to the corner that I always pass as I go home. More often than not I think to myself, "this is a very photogenic corner." Yet I always find myself passing by. Well, tonight it was foggy and as I passed the corner I decided to turn around and take some photos. (especially since I had the gear in the car) Anyway, the conditions were perfect and I soon got into quite a groove. I had several photos taken and had probably spent a good 40-50 min out there when I heard a noise in the distance. It was pretty obvious what it was as it got closer and closer. For some reason the sound of bass thumping in the trunk of a car sent a chill down my spine and as the car stopped at the light that I was standing next to I started to realize that I had a lot of expensive camera gear in my possession. I don't typically like to base my judgement off of stereotypes but it didn't take a rocket scientist to realize that this was a lowrider full of "sketchy dudes." I decided to try to ignore them but I they started to yell at me so I had to turn around. One of the guys leaned out the window and said, "Hey, whatcha doing? Making a movie?" I responded with "No just taking photos." Then came the question every photographer dreads every time they step foot out their door. "How much one of those things cost?" This started to scare me, especially when it was followed by "you wanna sell it?" Immediately the story of Blair and his bike ran into my thoughts. I thought I was done for. I was searching for the best escape route but to my luck the light had turned green and they decided that they had had enough fun with me for the night and took off. We exchanged a few words before they left but I definitely cannot remember what was said. All I can remember is that as soon as they left I ran to my car and headed home as fast as I could. Looking back at tonight it was probably really stupid of me to sit outside taking long exposures alone at midnight but looking at the photos I can't help but think that it was totally worth it. At least I got the shot, right?
