Hi guys, i got a huge problem, my boat dealer closed their door in the montreal area, and now they new dealer offer a crappy services, they told me you have to wait 2-3 weeks to get the boat in for service or repair and we dont have any malibu parts in stock so if we need parts you will need to wait longer so keep your boat if its working. Yeah ok but i got 2 tickets for defect nav lights, my heater dont work and more more more, i want to call malibu to tell them that their service is crap, they cant even make the service like they are suppose on the warranty and if they are in trouble just authorised another boat dealer to make the repair to give a break to the new one.

Thanks

Hey man, sorry to hear about the dealer issues. Nav lights should be a quick and easy fix and worth doing yourself if you are getting ticketed.

Crappy service sucks, you might be able to get Bu to authorize work at another dealership. I know we have worked with customers who are outside of our service area to get them autho'd at other dealers to get them back on the water ASAP.

Shoot our service department a call at 208-664-8274 and ask for Ashley. She can get you squared away, and have the parts mailed to you.

pete the dealer Ultra sports closed their door, ( bankrupcy ) now its another dealer in Ste-agather and its a 2hrs drive for me, previously when Ultra was open they were authorising a dealer in my area to make the services and they were paying them to do it. Now aqua dont want to do it so everyone that live far from them need to do the ride that SUX so i called malibu to let them know the situation and i will talk to the local representative and i will ask him to authorise a dealer in another area to make the services for them.

I hitted the SPOT a couple times i didnt see yah, i didnt know really in advanced before i go out and sometimes im not in fron of my computer, and we have such a great summer so far !!! :-(

By the Way........ I wasnt telling you to buy parts from our parts gal... Pull your head out for a minute and realize that most BU dealers could help you out over the phone if you let them. I was trying to help you out.....

Bret thanks for you help, i know i called them, and i am waiting for their call. And for the help over the phone the answer we always get is : Hummm for that kind of thing we need to have the boat physically here to make a good diagnostic. Thats always what they are saying to me.
