I called PP on Tues. 05/27/08 about an issue with my system.When I turned key on the PP would not respond and display is completely black.When I described it to them ,they knew right away what it was and sent part out.I'm in Ohio they are in Nova Scotia,Canada,I got the part today,I think I got it in less than 24 Hrs.Now That's Service!!!
