I called PP on Tues. 05/27/08 about an issue with my system.When I turned key on the PP would not respond and display is completely black.When I described it to them ,they knew right away what it was and sent part out.I'm in Ohio they are in Nova Scotia,Canada,I got the part today,I think I got it in less than 24 Hrs.Now That's Service!!! THANKS PerfectPass!

I have dealt with a few companies that have provided phenominal service.

Perfect Pass
Ski Supreme
Heater Craft

That is why I wonder sometimes when guys come on here to ask a question about something on their boat when it is under warranty... they spend a week trying to get an answer on a message forum...

Or they can call the company and get results in less than 48 hours...

I love the smaller companies... they are more personable and easier to work with... of course... as with most things... it depends on who you talk to etc..

I am excited to see what Supreme and others have in store for 09!!!

Heatercraft didn't respond to 2 phone calls trying to clarify my shower install.
