I have been trunking it this week with the Jet Pilot A-10 top. Water here is 60-63 and air is low 70's. I have been fine. But I am typically one of the first to start trunkin it in my crew.

Joe,

You're certainly a trooper toughing it out in conditions like those. Just remember to keep your eyes and mouth shut when you fall. Tetniss is a nasty affliction for men.
It's been known to make us infertal.

DDHC lives!

Drysuit sprung a leak and then blew a seal yesterday @ Berryessa, So I had no choice but to trunk it. And I didn't have my heater top so it was truly trunkin it! And yeah it was a bit chilly.

Nice going, Joe. Buzz's girl and one or two others in the crew trunked it today at El Cap. Temp 57, air an embarrassing 85.

Personally, I'm an old wuss so I needed a little extra material between me and the water. :-)

However, I was high fiving those doing the trunking!

I was riding up at berryessa yesterday, I was too wussy to go with out the wetsuite, but the thought did cross my mind....after my set I jumped in the water in shorts and the idea of trunkin it left my mind, that cold.

60 - 63 degrees yesterday from GrantLine to Old River to Vics... Weather was perfect, definately moving towards shorty or trunk time for most.

I wore a long sleeve spring but if it keeps this up boardies will be all that are necessary soon. Good to see everyone riding!! I am so stoked right now as the off season workouts were apparent, I felt so good this weekend. Hooray summer!
