I've narrowed my weekend family trip to these 2 locations. Which would you choose New Melones or McClure?

Houseboat = Melones

Camping = Mcclure

Melones is a lot more scenic.

Was at Melones this last weekend tent camping. Good water not too far from camp. Very scenic. Vote for Melones

I was at Melonies mid week, Last week. It was butter in the middle of the lake, That lake rock's IMO
