It has 360 hrs a trim tab FAE and all the other standard features. Thanks for your input. Oh the rear seats have some cracks in them.

There is only one 2010 on OIB, but a ton of 2011's. Looking at those I'd start at 45K and be prepared to sell for low 40's. Its not normal to have cracking upholstery in a 4 year old boat so that may hurt your value slightly, IMO.

List price of $44-46K would be a good starting point, dealers are listing them for 48-50K, new ones are 62-65 Plus. Good luck with your sale. Rear seats are easily recovered for 4-600.

They might have been 50k in 2011 at a couple dealers but I think the going price new for them has jumped quite a bit . I doubt there are really any dealers selling for much under 60K now unless it is a hold over boat or someone is getting a bro deal.

Here's a 10 f21 with 98 hours in cali for $45k. Says its been stored indoors. Who knows. I agrees with listing in the low 40's and hoping for high 30's. The reality is that boat is 5 years old almost and has 360 hours on it and some cracking interior. If it was sold for $50k in '09/'10, mid to high 30's is realistic.

What it sold for when new has little relevance to what it is worth now. With new boat prices on the steady climb it has really had an impact on use boat values. What really matters is what similar boats are going for.

Fix the vinyl. Why give the buyer a big item to negotiate with or reason not to purchase? Get the boat into pristine, sellable shape. A boat that needs projects done gets a project boat offer.
