Every year there are people who post on the discussion boards requesting work outs that will help with the upcoming season or the off season. I work at a gym in Napa and have a couple buddies that train there. My problem with working out was everything seems repetative and boring. Josh and Scott (the 2 trainers) have been learning a lot of different things from trainers that are constantly training professional athletes. They work on alot of core building and explosiveness which is perfect for wakeboarding. I have been doing there work outs and have noticed a huge difference with my control in the air and pop off the wake. They each have a blog and post these work outs for free.
