Every year there are people who post on the discussion boards requesting work outs that will help with the upcoming season or the off season. I work at a gym in Napa and have a couple buddies that train there. My problem with working out was everything seems repetative and boring. Josh and Scott (the 2 trainers) have been learning a lot of different things from trainers that are constantly training professional athletes. They work on alot of core building and explosiveness which is perfect for wakeboarding. I have been doing there work outs and have noticed a huge difference with my control in the air and pop off the wake. They each have a blog and post these work outs for free. Everyone should check them out. The work outs they show are different and fun. Let me know what you guys think. Here are the links.
