I asked this question before (I know...I know) and got a few responses. I did a search and couldn't find it. I recall there are a few spots in nor/cen cali that are very close to each other, where I would be able to wakeboard one day and then ride dirt bikes the next. Where were those spots? Thanks again.

I agreen with Allen. Launch from Disco and then drive 10 mins max to sandhill. You could even wakeboard in the morning on the delta, drive to sandhill (10 mins) drive to Livermore (20 mins) and ride Club Moto then drive another 10-15 mins to carnegie. Then drive back to the delta for a nice lil evening session. THE POSSIBILITIES ANT!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could ride Boca and Stampede and stay at the same spot. When we ride dirtbikes at Boca we stage at the lake, cross the street and head into the mountains. I love that area. I've got a place at Tahoe Donner. Apparently there are some trails that I can take to get to Prosser without taking the highway. I'm still looking for them. I'll be stoked if I can ride right from my garage and get to Prosser. I figure the snow is almost melted and it'll be Tahoe dirtbike season in the next couple weeks.

Don Pedro then La Grange.... just kidding La Grange isn't all that big,but you could ride there, its about 30 min from Pedro tops My vote is delta and carnegie, go dirtbiking first then wash the dust off in the delta, livin the dream Also if you are up in NorCal there is Black Butte Lake out of Orland where you can ride and hit the lake in the same spot, also could hit up Lake Almanor and ride the fire roads for the MC fix (Message edited by chilidog on May 13, 2008)

Does anyone know if prosser Pits ever has the track taken care of? The last time I was there a few years ago it had gotten pretty bad. When I first started going there it was pretty nice.

Bullards bar and then e street or riverfront! Both tracks are way better than sand hill and club moto, but nothing beats the delta...ahh

Anyone have any ideas for the same thing in the southeast? I live in Atlanta and my best bet is Durhamtown w/ lake Oconnee (sp?)...That would be amazing, motocross+wakeboarding=pure amazing

Go to www.norcalmotocross.com and click on places to ride in the top left. It will give you the public tracks in Nor Cal.

Indeed it is Mike! I got my trail riding up waaay better when i went from riding in the mountains to Durhamtown...and I got an 07 CRF250R recently (or my dad got it for me) and on my second time I road 4 tracks. Motocross is sooo much more fun and thrilling than trail riding!

Boca Stampede for sure. You can ride wake and trails from the same campsite. Wake in the morning, dirt during the day, cool off with a wake set at night. You could make it happen at Clear Lake too, since that's where the best dirtbiking is, but, it's still Clear Lake.

Prosser is sick. It is groomed right around this time of the year when the snow melts and is FREE!!! Towards the end of summer the track gets a little rutted and hardpacked. Sandhill is cool if you ride big bikes and you dont mind paying $25. Sweet track for both big bikes and minis, but if you ride mini's be prepared to be messed with, the owners arent very nice. Carnegie is cool for trail and is only $5 for a whole truckload. Club Moto in Livermore is track but isnt open all the time, very selective hours. (Message edited by wakegrl2109 on May 20, 2008)
