Ok, I'm wondering if it's possible to take a 01 yamaha tt-r 90 and turn in into a winch..

--Specs--
Engine and transmission
Displacement: 89.00 ccm (5.43 cubic inches)
Engine type: Single cylinder
Stroke: 4
Power: 5.60 HP (4.1 kW)) @ 7000 RPM
Torque: 6.10 Nm (0.6 kgf-m or 4.5 ft.lbs) @ 4000 RPM
Compression: 8.5:1
Bore x Stroke: 47.0 x 51.8 mm (1.9 x 2.0 inches)
Fuel control: SOHC
Cooling system: Liquid

-----------------------
What would I need to do to make this possible?? is it as easy as removing the outer portion of rim and spokes and hooking the line to the inner rim and having some thing that holds the back end up?? or...??
Thanks in advance.. You all are such a big help!

sorry bro, but i highly doubt it. my motor has a 249 cc motor, i used to dirtbike, and ive ridden a ttr 90 so i know what they are like. it has 5.6 hp at 7000 rpm. that is a really high rpm for such a low amount of hp, its liquid cooled. which means you would have to have a radiator on it. and it has half the torque my motor has. plus, the ttr 90 that i rode has multiple gears, it was a semi auto but you still had to shift. i think by the time you got up to speed, you would almost be out of line.
As cool as it would be being able to make a winch out of stuff you already have. i dont think it would work.

almsot forgot,

but anyways.

My first dirtbike was a ttr 125. and the thing had such little power just using it to ride, i always wanted way more torque going up even slightly steep hills. i had to play with the clutch for it to get me up. and a 90 is alot smaller then that. i dont think you would be able to seep water start with it, and i dont think you would be able to dock start either considering it wouldnt get up to speed fast enough.

i know someone who has a 6 hp winch with a tav on it. and people that where really thin where having trouble dock starting with it. and this guy that weighed about 190 tried to use it, and couldnt even get up.
