I want to purchase a trampoline with a net. I am looking for suggestions on what brands and or models that you have been happy with. I have looked at Walmart and Costco, but the seem to be very flimsy. I already know about the possible insurance issues and I have that covered.

I would steer clear of "Jump King". They make one with the real springs but they freaking suck! You need to find the one made by a company called "Hedstrom". They have much better pop. I'm sure you know to steer clear of tramps with the bands, they are a joke...Costco used to have good ones but not sure if that is still the case seeing that Costco switches brands all the time with things like hot tubs, tramps, etc.

I second the Jump King is a POS! I think I can jump just as high on my own. Get what ya pay for.

The key is the size of the springs, the longer the better.

Most of the trampolines on cragslist are junk from the local Sams Club and Walmarts. I want something of decent quality.

if you buy a cheap one, then get an extra set of springs and double up on them....mad bounce! I got a 14 foot tramp off craigslist for 40 bucks and an extra set of springs for 10

I got mine off craigslist, 80 bucks. I don't know what brand it is but it has a teal spring cover and 7/1/2 or 8 inch springs. It has way more bounce than any other tramp I have had and I have been through about 6-8 of them in the last 2 years. Most off craigslist are crappy with 5 inch kiddy springs, but if your patient u will eventualy find the right one. Just measure the springs.

I bought mine from walmart for $200! springs on top & on bottom. difficult to put together but hey... anyways I have now successfully broken 75% of the springs, [breaking exponentially] so now I can't go on it. the wieght restriction is 300lbs. I weigh 130.

The SpringFree Tramp is different. It looks to me like a good idea. Anyone ever try one of those?
