Does anybody know where I can order the cloth type speaker covers for a 2003 SAN? Any suggestions on how to remove and replace them?

Try Nautiqueparts.com

If they don't stock if I would probably hit up speakersoxx.com for some of their material. Probably about as close as you'll get with tons of color options if you want to add some flavor.

If you are replacing the factory speakers just unscrew the factory ones from the back of the panel and chunk the pvc ring inserts. Your new speakers will cover the hole just fine. It is almost impossible to replace that fabric unless you take the vinyl loose from the pvc ring which requires you to glue and staple it back to the pvc ring.

That's what I was afraid of " It is almost impossible to replace that fabric unless you take the vinyl loose from the pvc ring which requires you to glue and staple it back to the pvc ring."

I can take some pics of the ones I installed after ditching the rings. You might could try just stretching some of that fabric over the ring, twist a small wire around the whole ring just under the lip to hold it tight, and slide them back in. You would be covering up the little piece that currently holds the fabric in place.
