That is one of the better looking boomerangs I have ever seen. In my opinion they completely f'ed up a good looking boat. Then again I don't even like the idea of putting a tower on a 2001 or Stars and stripes. Those boats are too good looking as is. At least with that tower on the Boomerang you can still sit on the gunwall while putting around. That is something I wasn't willing to give up on my 2001 or either of my dad's Stars and Stripes for the convience of a tower. I also like the old school gangstaness of a ten foot pole on a 19' direct drive.

I agree with most on this thread so far, the tower looks stupid!
I do agree with Brett any tower would look stupid on the stars and stripes, but there might be a tower that works with the 2001
Usually, Putting a tower on a performance ski boat is stupid and does not increase the value

Not everyone is rich. People use what they can afford. Looks a little tall for my tastes, and personally before I'd spend $$$ on a tower for a low freeboard closed bow boat I'd just run a pylon.

Well, I think the point is that that tower looks like a TON of work went into it and it probably wasn't cheap to make. I don't care if that tower was on an X80, I'd still think it looks crazy as hell. I'm not hating on the boat, just the tower.

Looks like an Aerial Freeride. They use Chinese slave labor and pass the savings onto you so it's not that expensive.

I can't hate too much because I have an Aerial tower but it's the more standard looking Airborne not that reverse arch thing.

It does appear to be a bit tall on that boat plus I think he may have benefitted from moving it forward some too. Seems as though they should have bent the uprights a little more, I don't know sometimes pictures can be deceaving.

They have some interesting ideas in Texas, especially when it comes to their boats. I'm sure you guys remember the trampoline tower that I've posted in the past. Their all buddies.
