Id like to add some lights to the trailer right in front of the front wheel shining down on the road, so I can see where the road/tires are while driving?

Anyone see any problem with doing that? Should I keep the color amber or go white? or just forget the idea all together?

Thanks

Just curious but why do you need to know where they are? Have they not been there before?

The law in Ca. is amber lights on the front and red only at the rear corners.

yah, you can't run white lights. But you could put some LED style amber running lights, maybe in the fenders, and probably not get pulled over.

My Range Rover has rear fog lighting. It is red. I turn it on, it shines on the white underside of my boat which lights up the road. Works great.

K, I got the idea from the new WW Malibu, looked like it had white lights, but it could just be from the lights in the malibu cutout in the trailer...

Ill add it to the bottom of my list so ill never get around to it.

Check with your state police. I know that it's illegal in Michigan to have lights illuminating the pavement on cars and trucks. I agree with dhcomp. You should be able to put amber and red lights in a place that will satisfy the police and light up the tires too. Good luck.
