Ok so it's about time to up my surfboard. I am running a Broadcast which has more than served its purpose but I find myself starting to get little more serious into it. Good chunk oft buddies surf 100% of the time and I am in their boats few times. They are running Walker F-18 and customs. Title out of my price range. I have chance at grabbing one of the above 3 in last years models. All around same price.

I surf goofy a majority behind my 2000 XStar so not a humongo wave but plenty to get it done. I am 6ft 180lbs super athletic. Keep in mind probably only surf 25-35 percent of time usually after xpuple wakeboard and slalom sets when the lake starts to get rough.

What are everyone's thoughts on the above 3. It's limited here because of the deals. The carbon is a 5'1" . I was leaning this way as it's pretty well reviewed. Some newer technology, but I really know nothing about wake surfs. I do 3's and am working on couple small airs and that's it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thresher, if your super athletic it will be a fun board. I had a piranha for awhile and rode it as a thruster 90% of the time anyway so no need for the extra fin boxes... try it with a TMF fin in the rear box...

Go for the Piranha. You will like it a lot better for your size and your wake.
