Exactly, then you get to take it on the chin again when your natural immunity wears off. It is just a really bad strategy. You may skate through a few rounds unharmed, but what happens when you catch a bad case? It seems like it would be best to pass on as many rounds as possible limiting your exposure over your life time.

Not saying you will never get it, but even putting it off allows time for treatments to improve and beds to free-up. Also, I expect vaccines to improve overtime.

You realize the natural immunity lasts longer than the vaccine. The delta is exponentially less deadly already by a huge margin. Again all people want is the truth and yes ability to make their own decisions. The entire mantra of unvaccinated people being the enemy and a danger to public health is ridiculous and goes against the science. It’s a politically charged message used to divide the country. A blend of natural herd immunity and vaccination was always the goal. If the vaccine works as claimed an unvaccinated , a healthy American, that has not perviously battled covid doesn’t present any more of a danger than a vaccinated individual would be to another vaccinated individual. The only person at risk is the unvaccinated person , a personal choice that person made. End of story.
