For the 360 spin a little faster and closer to the boat if possible. Get speed, hand in the water, Knees bent, back straight, start the spin, get your head around, get ready to pump. Also, Make sure you're shifting your weight to your other foot when you're backwards especially if you spin slow like me. For the the shove, get speed, carve up to the top of the wake almost like you're going to do a frontside boardslide (back towards the boat), kick the board around with both feet (which will cause you to jump a little off your board), keep your eyes on the board, get your feet back on, and bend your knees. I think it's easier to try shoves with your board backwards first, that way when you land it your board has the fin in the right area and you can pump comfortably.
