My wife and I are planning on heading down to San Diego for our first year anniversary. We are going to head down in mid August and stay for 3 or 4 nights I think. We are checking VRBO but thought I would ask here in case someone has a condo/small house or knows someone with one in San Diego they use as a vacation spot.
Also, if anybody has any recommendations on what area to look to stay let me know. I have been down there briefly before and like the idea of the PB/OB/MB area but am open to suggestions. Also, as I started a new job in September we don't have a bunch of money to drop on a really expensive place so keep in mind we are thinking "on a budget".
