its only got 250 hours and looks to be in great shape, how would that be for a first time all around wake surf boat?

Not great for wake surfing. If you like the wake board wake it is one of the OGs. From back in the day. It will kick you straight up. I'm partial to the by ramp or xstar

They actually surf really well if you weight them correctly. Had our 2003 (same hull) rocking this weekend with 4 in the boat 750 rear locker and 600 in the belly.

I have no doubt you can surf them. But if your primary use for a boat is surfing there are a lot better options than a SAN
