There's one at Powell and one at Smith Mountain Lake in VA. That's all that they've got up on their website so far, or at least last time I checked.

I'm all over it
Powell = favorite spot on earth (home town is page)
Wakeboarding = favorite sport, hobby, past-time, well you get the idea

Powell + Wakeboarding + an event like Bro Stock = Paradise!!

(anyone looking to try a slingshot recoil 142 with 11 size D2 bindings, look for me... SPORTING MY WAKEWORLD #11 BYROM JERSEY!!!)

that reminds me... bring and sport your WW jerseys

check lakepowell.com and http://www.antelopepointlakepowell.com for houseboats and stuff

there are some other companies in Page arizona. try doing searches there. Also Big Water, small town on utah side just a few miles from page. hopefully something will be available at either town if the two web addresses leave no avail

LF just told me that there are already 15 boats signed up for the Lake Powell Boardstock. That is going to be sooooo nuts!
Old     (wakeboardern1)      Join Date: Aug 2007       04-09-2008, 7:37 AM Reply
Dustin, you'll only be going if I decide to let you on my boat....

......
.........

15 at Powell? Holy hell that's going to be completely insane! I wonder what it's going to be like at SML...

I just wanted to let people know, that if you plan on flying to Powell, your best bet is flying into Page, AZ

I live in Scottsdale, but don't have a boat so if anyone has room, or needs an extra let me know. This event looks awesome!

Maybe if lakepowell wasnt raping people on rental houseboats we would go. Best lake in the world dont get me wrong, but price gouging there is getting out of hand.

I'm bummed cause our houseboat week is always one week before brostock. Right after Memorial day weekend. Its kind of nice though cause everyone else is back at work for that week and the lake is deserted, often there is good water right in the main channel.

From all the pics i've seen, Lake Powell has the lowest turnout. Am I wrong, or can we change this? I've gone for the last 2 years and lake powell is amazing, Where is everyone at?

I think powell is gona have a much greater turn out this year.
the first year, many people didn't know about it till after the effect (i didn't even know, and it was less than 10 miles from my home town... sad)
the second year was more advertised and at least people knew it was comming.
this year has got more events and other pros invited. i predict it will be twice the turn out, or at least near it.
think about it, "15 boats signed up!" this is gona be great! cant wait!
