Is it happening this year?

Who are some of the steals. I took the rookies last year- Errington, Hair and Jones and racked up points for hardly any $$. Errington will be expensive this year. What are some sleepers? The ones you take after you spend all your money on Rusty and Phillip and need a couple to fill your team on a budget.
