Lake Sammamish Get Together

John and myself were thinking it would be fun to have a get together on Sammamish this Spring. We decided that Saturday April 26th would be a good day to do it. We were planning on having people meet up in front of the State Park around noon and hang out for a few hours.

Let me know what you guys think.

You'll get alot more people if you bump it back to May, probably the weekend before Labor Day would be ideal.

I'd love to participate, that weekend is no good for me, though. The following weekend might work. I will be moving back to Seattle May 12, so anytime after Mid-May would be even better.

You Sammamish guys need to get on the new site http://www.washingtonwake.com. It went fully-live at the beginning of April, though I have not publicized it at all. It is still in its infancy at about 20 members. Lots of good info including forums, weather forecasts, and webcams from different riding spots all-over the state. Can anybody guess where the background for the logo was taken? :-)

hey guys i know its early in the season but we set it up for the 26th as that is national demo day on top of all of us getting together swaping stories and showing off are winter upgrades bakes marine will be holding a demo day around the corner so we can go check out ride and drive all the new bu`s. I dont want to make this a bu event wich is why it is seperate but we thought it would also be a nice perk.

Boat demos equal figure 8's. Bakes will let it happen, it is there job. I am sure Matt or Brett sit in the boat and do figure 8's on at least 90% of their demos.

I still think 60% of the people won't have thier boats on the water yet (they don't all own dry suits) so the turnout may be small.

You don't have to tell me Cliff. It looked very nice this morning. I think I am running down to Belfair to grab my dad's old Mastercraft so we have a boat to use. Are you going to be out tomorrow? I am starting to kind of freak out.

We stopped by Brett's Saturday 3-ish after experiencing the north end glass. Met/talked with Ryan for a few. Maybe next time......... Anyone that wants to ride is welcome on my boat as long as you can put up with a 211 with some extra weight.
