So I just got a 09 Avy with a Merc 350 Scorpion and it has the smart craft speed control and gauges. Basically the issue is the boat inadvertently will go to in its "gurdian/limp" mode when the boat is up and running. Sometimes it will go 15 minutes, sometimes it will be only good for 30 seconds before it goes into a limp mode.
-Boat doesn't Shut off or die, or have a rough idle. Just goes into the guardian then back to normal and can go again.
-All gauges are normal, engine temp 150, oil pressure, and battery good.

Throws Alarm code 47 Then code disappears on the the screen and history
-My research is making it look like its a sensor possibly...but I cant FIND this damn code 47 ANYWHERE and what it pertains to...electrical/fuel/temp/pressure??
-Also, how hot are the exhaust manifolds supposed to be? Today while climbing around trying to see if a sensor or what not popped off I noticed they are pretty warm. Basically too hot to hold my hand on it, but while running and at idle (for hours) the engine temp never registered over 150.
