FlyHigh site says they're 400lbs.They are the same length, but they're 2 inches wider and the same height at the larger end,so they might be the same weight.

Based on the dimensions on fly high yes they are 400lbs (actually more) but they're a wedge and their dimensions are misleading.
Here's my math:
42" x 18" x 16"=12096" but it tapers down from 16" to 6" which is 37.5%

12096 x .0043 (volume in gallons in a cubic inch)= 52 gallons

52 x 8.34 (weight of a gallon of water) = 433 x 62.5% (accounting for the taper 100-37.5) = 271 lbs

Makes sense to me but who knows I could have F'd up math.

I came up with 300lbs:

Lower section of sac is - 42L x 18W x 6H = 163lb's

The triangle section is .5 x 42L x 18W x 10H = 136lb's

Where is the 10H coming from?

^^^ The tall side of the sac is 16" high, right? You say the short side is 6" high, that leaves 10"

I have a set. I have never weighed them. I run them in a friends VLX. My friend has put his 400's in the same VLX and the wake was just about identical. If I can find a scale that will hold the bag ill weigh them.
