Hey Brewkettle,

We were on Frank's boat so I didn't see the guages, I'd estimate the air temps at high 60's to low 70's and the water temp at high 50's to low 60's. My hands would hurt if I left them in the water more than a few minutes. Once out of the water, in the boat and in the sun, it was almost pleasant.

Not a great day -
windy, choppy, and having ballast problems (1st day this season, no surprise).
No good pictures, but I guess 1 will provide proof of the day on the lake.

I wish it would actually stay warm once it warms up down here, we're still getting temps in the mid 30's overnight and early mornings, which means nobody I ride with is willing to go out just yet. We have been getting some decent waves at the coast though with all these fronts

yeah brian, it was the best year ever for surf here,I surfed this wave near my house for four months staight that never breaks and it was as good as a perfect point in mexico.

This is at Pine Flat in Central CA about 35 mins east from Fresno, CA. The air temp was about 70, not sure on water temp. It was cold but not freezing. There is still snow on the mountains close by though! We had an awesome time!

Didn't really get any good pics and these were taken w/ an iPhone...

aw dude ...... show ill say prayers for you at night ..... its going to be like 75 degrees today no wind, boat is in the water weighted and less then 15 minutes from my house, 2 minutes in the boat to surfing water

i want to get out and go everyday but i cant find people to go ...... going to start going to home depot and hire me some guys to pull me around everyday LOL

the waves at your spot are awesome james ...... got out both days no pics but chris almost landed his first shuv it and then spun a 720 but couldnt get back in the wave, he kept trying a 360 but was turning 540s and then he spun a 720

Thats crazy frank,yeah we have some magic waves up here.thats why I was stoked to be able to surf behind a boat ,because when the waves suck,you always can go surf at the lake.Ive been surfing up on this coast line since I was six.and its my favorite coast line ive surfed..next time it gets nice you will have to come hit the lake.If you check out the new surfing mag on page 75 they talk about here and me..Its pretty funnny.

Good way to end up with broken bones ,I tryed a flip this winter and tryed to land and had way to much speed and air and almost broke my legs,we were going abou 15 plus in the boat with me coming full speed in..

the last day of march .... 5 minutes before thunder and lighting ..... christopher turns into Mr. 360

changed my entire weight setup ..... thanks to sean cummings who told me how he used to set up his sanger v230 ..... we were still short some weight but the difference is pretty incredible ..... got my aluminum plate today for custom swim platform ..... just got 1000 lbs of lead also so the boat will look stock when loaded
