Hey I just got a pair of LF Shanes, and I want to know the best way to heat mold them and the steps to do it. I don't live around any shops that can do them for you so i was going to do it myself. Heard you put them in the oven at like 185 F for 20 minutes. could i get some help?
Thanks

Don't put them in the oven. Wear them in a hot tub, take a hot bath or wear them in the shower.

Will an oven dry them out or something? Yeah a hot tub sounds like it would work good.

For slingshots, put the liners in the oven at like 250 for 10 minutes. Then you where them and walk around until they are cool. Not sure about other brands.

Ride in them. If you were supposed to put them in an oven, they'd come with instructions.

I emailed liquid force with the same question after I saw a number of posts on here and they advised just to wear them riding and they will mold with the heat from your feet/sun. Clint has it right and that was what originally confused me when I purchased my bindings ('07 Watson CT) and there were no instructions for molding.
